Laura’s Place Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop at Laura’s Place. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you wish to return any product you have purchased from our website please contact a member of our customer service team on (02) 4385 5587 and tell us which product you are returning and why you wish to return it.
You have 14 days from the date you received the product to notify us of your intention to return it, and a further 14 days to complete the return to our nominated office address.
To be eligible for return and replacement or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (if any) and must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase.
You may return the item to us via your choice of carrier at your cost, or alternatively return it in person during our normal business hours to our main office address - both of which are listed below.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item and inform you of our intentions within three working days. If your return is approved we will ask if you wish to have the item replaced or the purchase price of the item refunded.
If you elect to have the item replaced (e.g. damage by the carrier) we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If you prefer a refund we will initiate an immediate refund to your credit card or nominated bank account (if the payment was not made via credit card).
You should receive the refund amount within the number of days specified by your card issuer or bank’s standard policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may return the item in person to our office address if this is more convenient. If you elect to have the faulty product replaced WE will pay for the shipping charges for the replacement item.
